Who we are
Smart Node provides self-hosted AI agents that run inside small and mid-size businesses. This site (smart-node.app) is our marketing and early-access front door.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the "Request early access" form we collect the details you enter: business name, your name, work email, business location, trade, team size, and anything you write in the message field. You choose what to share; your work email is the only required field.
Usage analytics. We use Statio, our own privacy-first analytics, to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, referring source, approximate region, and device type. Statio does not use third-party advertising cookies and does not sell or share your data with ad networks.
Why we use it
- To contact you about a demo and your interest in Smart Node.
- To respond to your questions.
- To measure and improve the website.
Our lawful basis is your consent (the checkbox on the form) and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
How it is stored and who can see it
Form submissions are stored in our own Statio system on infrastructure we control. We do not sell your information and we do not share it except with service providers strictly necessary to operate (for example, email delivery), or where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access submissions until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed for the purpose above.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@smart-node.app. You can decline the form and contact us directly instead.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
