These terms govern your use of the Smart Node website (smart-node.app) and our early-access program. By using this site or requesting access, you agree to them. Questions: hello@smart-node.app.

What Smart Node is

Smart Node provides self-hosted AI agents deployed for a business and operated with the owner's sign-off on consequential actions. During early access the service is offered on an invitation basis and is still being developed.

Early access

Early-access access is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn while we develop the product. We will be clear with you about what is live, what is a pilot, and what is on the roadmap.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site and service lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of other users.

Your data

You own your business data. We process the information you share with us in line with our Privacy Policy. When we deploy and operate a node for you, your business data stays on infrastructure dedicated to your deployment.

No warranty; limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and early-access service are provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the early-access service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, unless a mandatory law in your location applies.
