Nobody outside this company has installed it. Not one third-party install exists. What does exist is a real business running on it daily: the distillery where I work has used it since January.
The installable product is twelve weeks old. The work started in January 2026 inside the distillery where I work and ran there four months before it was packaged. Seven months of building; twelve weeks of it being something you could put on your own machine.
It is not autonomous. I am inside it every day and still shipping releases into it. Whether this is a product or a service with software attached is a fair question and I have not settled it. Buying today, you are buying my attention as much as the software.
A fresh install is not the demo. The demo node has agents, flows and departments that accumulated by hand over months, and the installer cannot reproduce them. A clean install gives you one agent and no flows. Closing that gap is the current work.
What it does not do
- No local model. The only model on your machine is the small one used for search indexing.
- No update command and no migration runner. Moving version is a manual operation.
- No backup tool and no scheduled cleanup. Both are procedures, not features.
- No offline install. No degraded mode: lose internet and outbound sending fails without queueing.
- Most integrations you may have seen advertised are not built. The list is on integrations and it is short.
Where the guarantees are weaker than they sound
What an agent may use and who it may talk to are database rows checked in code. Editing a prompt does not move them. Approvals are different. Releasing something already held is mechanical. Noticing that a particular message should have been held is a judgement the model makes, unless you defined that kind of work as a fixed procedure. Judgements can be wrong.
Test coverage is close to zero. The components I changed most this summer have no tests at all.
What I do not know yet
Whether this scales past businesses I can personally attend to. Whether the setup work generalises or has to be redone each time. Whether a second trade works as well as the first; distilleries are the only one running.
Better you weigh those with me than find them in month three.
